Panchgani - An appealing Hill station

Panchgani is a small hill station on the way to Mahabaleshwar with a gentle charm with its fantastic strawberry farms and old British buildings. Panchgani got it name due to its location, ‘Panch” means five as it is encircled by five hills of Sahyadri, and “Gani” meaning settlement.


This wonderful hill station is situated at the height of 1305 meters above sea level. It is very near to another beautiful hill station Mahabaleshwar, which is just 18 km away from Panchgani.
